Dagens Bedste reklamerede med, at man kunne spare 52 procent p\u00e5 et h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rkertilbud, hvis man\u00a0vel at m\u00e6rke slog til og accepterede tilbuddet inden for en bestemt frist. Man kunne p\u00e5 siden se et ur, som tikkede ned til fristens udl\u00f8b.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Problemet med dette ur, som alts\u00e5 skulle vise, hvorn\u00e5r tilbuddet udl\u00f8b, var, at tilbuddet blev forl\u00e6nget op til flere gange. Uret startede alts\u00e5 forfra med at t\u00e6lle ned.<\/p>\n<p>Forbrugerombudsmanden har vurderet, at der er tale om en vildledende markedsf\u00f8ring, som er i strid med Markedsf\u00f8ringslovens \u00a7 3. Det er en sk\u00e6rpende omst\u00e6ndighed, at vildledningen skete p\u00e5 en side, hvor en del af konceptet jo er, at forbrugeren skal tr\u00e6ffe et hurtigt valg, hvis de \u00f8nsker at k\u00f8be dealen.<\/p>\n<p>Der bliver j\u00e6vnligt klaget over de s\u00e5kaldte dealsites til Forbrugerombudsmanden, der sidste \u00e5r med et notat om dealsitet har fors\u00f8gt at skabe klarere rammer for, hvad der er tilladt og forbudt markedsf\u00f8ring p\u00e5 dealsites.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dealsitet &#8220;Dagens Bedste&#8221; havde i sommeren 2014 et godt tilbud, der var lidt for godt til at v\u00e6re sandt.
